Just Thinkin’
I read that the Haskell County Historical Society was holding a meeting. It seems the goal is to reenergize the once vibrant historical society and its museum. Community organizations such as this are dependent upon the able and the generous. I hope the meeting was well attended and successful, that a path leading toward a revival was chosen.

Building a Resume
The practicality of building a resume is not only for young adults graduating from college. Being able to efficiently and cohesively compile your personal and professional experiences into a document to apply for jobs or professional development opportunities is an art that still applies to many adults well into their professional careers. A resume is not designed to list every single skill and experience that you have, but instead to help you obtain a job interview. You can do this by highlighting your skills, strengths, and personal experiences. More than likely, you will be uploading your resume onto an online system that will be reviewed by an Applicant Tracking System software program. This software will organize and rank resumes based on key words and phrases, in turn, gathering resumes of applicants most relevant to the job search.

Who hasn’t tapped fingers on a desk with anxiety or shook a leg under a table awaiting some sort of news? These motor impulses may seem involuntary, but they largely are under the control of the individual. For a portion of the population, fidgeting and tremors are out of their control, and are hallmarks of a movement disorder called Parkinson’s disease.
