Floyd Zollinger, 66, of Derby, died on Saturday, April 20, at Fredonia Regional Hospital. He was born on June 12, 1957 in Wichita, the son of Ted and Louise (Parker) Zollinger.
He was a volunteer fireman for 29 years. He had a cabin at Fall River Lake.
He is survived by his wife, Paula; stepson, Chris Sayers; stepdaughter, Missy Sayers; three grandchildren; one great-grandson; his mother, Louise; and sisters, Kathy Solnok and TeddiAnne Krehbiel.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25, at Smith Mortuary in Derby.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name have been established with the Derby Historical Society & Museum and with Derby Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.
