The Madison Recreation Commission (MRC) met on October 18. Following are the unofficial minutes, which are subject to commission approval.

Junior high wrestlers have two tournaments remaining before they conclude their 2023 season at Coffeyville. The Tornadoes have competed at Burlington, the Tri-Valley League Tournament at Erie, Fredonia and Cherryvale in recent weeks. Eureka will conclude their season this week as they compete at home on Thursday, November 16 and at Coffeyville on Friday, November 17.
