The family of Allen Swisher is requesting a card shower to help him celebrate his 92nd birthday on Monday, November 20.

The Eureka Garden Club met Friday, November 3, at 11:30 a.m. at TNT. Lunch was served to 10 active members, one associate member and one guest.

The annual Adopt-A-Child for Christmas event at Emprise Bank kicked off November 6. Name submissions of local children will be accepted until November 17.
