Eureka’s baseball and softball were struck with several errors last week as they took on the Cubs of Humboldt and Bluestreaks of Neodesha. Both teams went 0-4 last week.
Varsity golf traveled to Erie on Monday, April 8, where Tornado golfers were able to watch the Solar Eclipse while competing.
The Eureka Tornadoes Track & Field team hosted the Tornado Relays (Eureka Invitational #2) and their second meet of the season on Tuesday, April 9. Eureka claimed nine first-place finishes, four second-place finishes and several other placements.
Members of the Eureka Recreation Commission track and field team opened their season on Saturday, April 6.

The Hamilton City Library invites the public to join their book club. This is the first year, other than last year’s book reading and discussion of “Killers of the Flower Moon,” that the Hamilton City Library patrons have read books for one month and discussed the books on the first Saturday of the month at 9 a.m. Those wishing to join are asked to let the library know and participate with the group.
