Greenwood County Historical Society Held October Meeting

The October 3, 2023 meeting of the Greenwood County Historical Society (GWCHS) was called to order by President Mike Pitko. Those in attendance were: John Bills, Dusty Booth, Kevin Hough, Becky Lindamood, Kent Olson, Pitko, Gib Rhodes, Jan Stephens, Dana Mills, Rise Russin, Museum Director Robin Himes and Secretary Sheryl Moody.

Supreme Court Says State Courts Will Stay Open, Operate On Paper While Security Incident Examined

TOPEKA—The Kansas Supreme Court says state courts will stay open and rely on paper filings while the Office of Judicial Administration works with experts to find the reason for and the extent of a security incident that disrupted the information systems on which state courts operate.
