According to K-State specialist, Erin Yelland, research shows that having a positive outlook on aging actually adds 7.5 years to your life. With that positive outlook, you’re able to embrace aging and look for the positives, and it is going to add years to your life. Yelland has come up with an acronym that supports her belief that living with positivity is the healthy path for most. That acronym is SMILE BIG.
The Value Of History-
The bi-monthly meeting of the Greenwood County 4-H Council was held as a joint meeting with the Lyon County 4-H Council on March 4, at 7 p.m. at the Sauder Center in Madison with 13 members, four leaders and one agent in attendance from Greenwood County. Members were given the opportunity to learn how the other county conducts their business.
