MANHATTAN and ANDOVER — Two K-State 105 partners — NetWork Kansas and K-State Research and Extension — are collaborating to bring the Kansas Entrepreneurship Challenge to new heights as one of the leading youth entrepreneurship competitions in the state of Kansas.

On Dec. 6, 2023, at the Sauder Center in Madison, the Madison Pacesetters celebrated the holiday season with their annual Christmas meeting and party. The roll call question for the meeting was, “What did you ask Santa for this year?” It was answered by 32 members, one cloverbud, and two leaders.

The bi-monthly meeting of the Greenwood County 4-H Council was held on Nov. 20, 2023 at 7 p.m. at the Greenwood County Courthouse with 17 members, two agents and six leaders present.

The Susannah French Putney Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution held their monthly meeting at the Butler County Historical Society in El Dorado, at 12:15 p.m., on Dec. 15, 2023.

Here we are, back on track. Glad the Monday holidays are over for awhile. Well . . . until the 15th, then we celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr’s birthday. Then, there will be no Monday holidays for awhile. They just mess everything up.
