He was born in Fredonia, the son of Ronnie Melvin and Twyla Lorea (Watts) Damron. He spent his formative years in the Virgil/ Quincy community, attending schools in Madison and Hamilton before completing his education by earning a GED. He had a variety of self-employed endeavors. In his later years, he provided care for the elderly until health challenges necessitated his retirement.

He is survived by four aunts, Troy Shaw and Tonya Kellett, both of Pittsburg; Amanda Watts of Hamilton and Pam Firman of Eureka.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jason Damron.

Cremation has been effected. No services are planned at this time.
