The Susannah French Putney Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution held their monthly meeting at the Butler County Historical Society in El Dorado, at 12:15 p.m. in the afternoon of October 20.

The West Elk Patriot football team moved to 9-1 for the year and continue on their road to state as they travel to Lyndon to take on the undefeated Tigers (10-0) this Friday, November 10, in the eightman division 1 playoffs.
