The Bulldog matchup against Lebo, rescheduled due to winter weather, was held last Thursday, Jan. 11.
Madison Boys led by two at the top of the second quarter, sitting 1412.
The Bulldogs put 18 points on the board before going to the half, leading Lebo 32-28. Lebo came back in the third period to gain momentum and claim the lead, knocking down 10 shots and tallying 19 points. Madison went into the final quarter, 46-47.
The Bulldogs fell, 6754 at the close of the game. Scoring for Madison were: Colton Isch 17, Octavian Dean 13, Lane Darbro 12, Gannon Pyle 6, Cade Hurlburt 4 and Lane Smith with 2 points.
Girls
Madison Lady Bulldogs opened the first half putting 9 points on the board to Lebo’s 16. The Bulldogs trailed by 11 to end the half, 15-26. Lebo added 12 points to their score to grow their lead to 15 before the final period. Madison fell, 32-52. Scoring for the Lady Bulldogs were: Candice Ashlock 12, Jalynn Weakley 9, Sadie Albert 5, Caylin Luthi 4 and Lily Hudson with 2 points.

The Bulldogs of Madison were slated to face Hartford on Tuesday, Jan. 16 before hosting SCC on Friday, Jan. 19. Games were scheduled ot begin at 5 p.m. for both game days. Madison will then compete in the Lyon County League Tournament Jan. 22-27.
