Rockin’ Robin!

As we conclude the final days of this year, I can’t help but to reflect on the past year. It seemed to have been filled with struggles for many and several are more than eager for 2023 to close and to begin a new chapter.

As we conclude the final days of this year, I can’t help but to reflect on the past year. It seemed to have been filled with struggles for many and several are more than eager for 2023 to close and to begin a new chapter.

I’m looking forward to a new slate and all the excitement 2024 has in store. I wasn’t successful at keeping with my resolutions last year; but, hope to hold myself to them this coming year. For me, my biggest challenge will be to leave work at work. But, I’m hoping changes can be made that afford the time to “reset” as often as needed. There will always be something that can be done on the work front; but, at what cost? I believe we all get to a point where we can simply burn out and that is something everyone in our village needs to protect.

In 2024, I’m hopeful to be able to set limits; but, of course, be proud of the job/product we put out. I’m sharing this resolution, as with the recent times, I’m certain I’m not the only one feeling this weight.
