Joni Booth called the WELCA meeting to order on December 7, in the Bell Tower Room at the Christ Lutheran Church in Eureka. Four members answered roll call with a Bible verse.
Sue Erickson, secretary, read the minutes of the November 2 meeting. Margaret Spires gave the Treasurer’s report. Officers’ reports were approved.
Bazaar meal and auction was discussed; bills and Christmas monetary gifts were voted on.
The Christmas Story from Luke 2 was read; Spires shared the history of St. Nicholas; Christmas carols were sung, with Grace Stacy at the piano.
Christmas goodies were enjoyed with coffee.
