With hopes of bringing another activity for local residents, especially during the winter months, local resident Tony Garner has brought golf simulators to Eureka. Two simulators are available for membership use at Blue’s Place, located at 810 N. Main, in Eureka. In addition to the golf simulators, those using the facility will be able to play cornhole, putt on putting greens and play pool, all inside the facility.
At this time, Garner plans for Blue’s Place to be membership only, with members being able to use the facility daily from 12 p.m. – 12 a.m. Groups are welcome to rent the facility during morning hours. Those utilizing the facility are able to bring their own beverages and snacks, but must be respectful of the equipment/property. Garner also asked that members be courteous of others as it is a first come/ first serve facility. His suggestion was that those playing finish their round of nine or 18 holes, and let the next person begin their game.
Blue’s Place will primarily communicate through Facebook and hopes to have annual memberships for the facility.
Blue’s Place is expected to open this weekend.
