What a whirlwind week this has been. If it hadn’t been for the football games on Sunday, I’m not sure I’d know what day of the week it is. Definitely had all sorts of weather this past week; rain, snow, sleet, ice, sun, clouds and a full moon to boot!

The old saying about the weather in Kansas sure proved itself. On top of all of that, I had to take Wade to the hospital one night and that is where he will be for awhile. He got switched to swing bed today (Monday) and will be there for a couple weeks.

Many others in our area are/or have been recently hospitalized. We wish them well. And, on that note: Hello to all in area hospitals and nursing facilities. Hello also to all in area rehab and assisted living centers.

Santa came to town Saturday, but I couldn’t make it to take pictures of everything. I’m sure everyone had a good time.

Toronto’s eldest resident, Stanley Curtis, turned 97 years young on Saturday and a birthday party was held for him at the Toronto Senior Center Monday morning!
