Thankful.
This is the time of year that we count our blessings. Thanksgiving is about being grateful for what we have.
When we look around our Myreka, we have a lot to be thankful for. The blessing of a small town. The blessing of neighbors who care about us, our children and our small town. The blessing of living in a place as spectacular as the Flint Hills. The sunrise, sunsets, cattle, oil, hills, bluestem and the list continues!
With all of this thanks and beauty, we still find time to complain about all these things listed and SO much more… but we have the solution to that! Come and join us at the monthly Myreka meeting. We want to hear your joys AND your concerns about our community. Join us the first Tuesday of the month at noon at Memorial Hall. The next meeting will be on December 5, at noon.
