The Annual Holiday Happenings program sponsored by Greenwood County/ KSU Extension and Community Benefit Unit will be held Thursday, November 16. The informative free program will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Eureka United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
Three sessions for home decorating and holiday enjoyment will be given. Marsha Evenson of Eureka Garden and Floral will show steps for decorating pumpkins for decor. Connie Mitchell of the Eureka Library will demonstrate and explain Zen gardens. And, Ben Simms, Agriculture and Natural resources agent, Greenwood County/ K-State Research and Extension, will discuss centerpieces with fall foliage.
The public is invited to attend this program and learn of new ideas for the holidays.
Refreshments will be served by the Community Benefit hostesses.
