President Jeff Williams called the October 25 Madison/Virgil USD 386 Board of Education meeting to order at 8 a.m. Roll call was answered by Williams, Todd Pyle, Ty Gaines, Jannette Luthi, and Jennifer Watts. Also attending were Tammy Baird and Kim Gaines. Gary Kile and Dallas Luthi were absent.
J. Luthi made a motion to allow the Meats Judging team to travel for the day to Stillwater, Okla., for a practice session on Friday, October 27. Watts seconded the motion. Motion carried. 5 yes, 0 no.
Superintendent Baird discussed the insulation cleanup project.
J. Luthi made a motion to adjourn. Watts seconded the motion. Motion carried. 5 yes, 0 no. Meeting was adjourned at 8:23 a.m.
