The Junior Patriot Football team defeated Neodesha 42-0 to capture the league championship recently, in Howard.
The team, consisting of fourth, fifth and sixth graders, completed their season finishing 6-0 and outscoring their opponents 258-18.
Team members included: Cy Denton, Maverick Ford, Blaine Brockus, Bryson Leedy, Gage Cordell, Ruger Gardner, Kestin Kisling, Brantley Avritt, Mason Floyd, Cade Bell, Kash Bidwell, Taran Triboulet, Journey Bahr, Lakin Love, Noah Cucar, Carson Tindle, Ryker Bell, Kyler Wunderlich, Raylan Wunderlich and Kyzer Kraft.
Coaches were Ian Denton, Heath Pope, Gabe Wunderlich, Roger Kraft, Brian Stewart, Tyson Denton, Thad Triboulet and Miles Bidwell.
