The West Elk Lady Patriot volleyball team concluded their season last Saturday at the 2A Sub-State Volleyball Tournament in Dexter. West Elk drew the #5 seed and faced #4 seed Dexter/Cedar Vale. The Patriots fell, 20-25 and 22-25, and concluded their season with a 12-27 overall record.
The #1 seed in the Dexter Sub-State was Sedan, who ended up claiming Sub-State honors and concluding the season with a 26-12 record. Sedan will compete at 2A State in Dodge City, October 27-28.
