To kick-off National FFA Week, Feb. 15-22, the 2024 Eureka National FFA Livestock Championship Team hosted an appreciation dinner on Sunday, Feb. 15.
The national team served sponsors/supporters a steak meal and then presented a slideshow from their trip that took them to Scotland and Ireland last summer, and their amazing National title last fall to cap off this team’s success.
Supporters then presented the group with various gifts to memorialize their success. All were presented with a National Livestock Judging Team belt buckle, State Champion framed picture, a National Champion framed picture/buckle holder and a photo book. Advisor Trint Peine was also presnted with a new computer bag, courtesy of the team members.
The National FFA team was comprised of, from left to right, Hannah Perrier, Lyle Perrier, TJ Mills, Corinne Nelson and Advisor Peine.
The Eureka Herald is currently working on a featured magazine to showcase their success. For more information, or to be including in the feature, contact 620-583-5721 or [email protected].
