Area 4-H Groups Hosted Community Events This Weekend In Eureka

Harmony Sunflowers At Breakfast With Santa Event

Two local 4-H groups served their community through annual events hosted by their respective groups Saturday, Dec. 7.

In what is believed to be the 27th annual event, the Harmony Sunflowers hosted Breakfast with Santa at the Christ Lutheran Church in Eureka. The club offered a pancake breakfast, a reindeer food station, photos with Santa and face painting.

The Fancy Mustangs 4-H Club held their third annual Christmas Dinner at Memorial Hall in Eureka. They served a meal consisting of a bacon wrapped filet, baked potato, green beans, roll and dessert.

Both clubs (and their parents/ leaders) worked several hours on Saturday, Dec. 7 to ensure their events were successful.

Plans for the events are sure to continue on the first Saturday of December for years to come.
