ProgramTo Show Holiday Ideas
The annual Holiday Happenings program, sponsored by Community Benefit Club, will be held on Thursday, Nov. 21. This event showcases ideas for the holidays with food, decorations and gifts. Three presentations will be given beginning at 1:30 p.m. at the Eureka United Methodist Church and the public is invited.
Cammie Wilson of CammieJane’s, will share ideas for using vintage household items in unique ways with Christmas decorations. Connie Mitchell of the Eureka Public Library will discuss how reading is a beneficial hobby and how books make special gifts. Jan Stephens of the Community Benefit Club will demonstrate using a variety of flavoring extracts in your holiday baking.
Members of Community Benefit will serve refreshments following the presentations.
