The Madison-Virgil USD 386 Board of Education held a special board meeting on Friday, Nov. 1. The following report was generated from the unofficial meeting minutes which are subject to board approval.
President Dallas Luthi called the meeting to order at 8 a.m.
Roll call was answered by D. Luthi, Jannette Luthi, Justin Isch, and Amy Hind. Also attending was Superintendent Tammy Baird. Board members Ty Gaines and Jennifer Watts were absent.
Superintendent Baird discussed two bids for two RTU’s for the new gym from Rayburn Heating and Cooling and the other from Modern Air Conditioning.
The board unanimously accepted the bid from Rayburn Heating and Cooling.
The meeting adjourned at 8:03 a.m.
