Voters across the nation will have the choice to cast votes for several offices at the federal, state, city and township levels in a matter of days, as the November General Election is next Tuesday, Nov. 5.
Locally, voters will be voting for Greenwood County Commissioners (District 3 and 5), Sheriff, Clerk, Register of Deeds, County Attorney, Treasurer, Senator for the 14th District, District and Magistrate Judges, District 13 House of Representative and US House of Representatives 4th District. Voters will also have the opportunity to vote on whether or not to retain court of appeal judges, township trustee and trea-surer positions as well as President and Vice President for our nation.
Voters within the city limitis of Eureka will also be casting a vote to continue a 1% sales tax.
In Greenwood County, voting polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
