Fall sports are coming to a close as the fall temperatures start to make their appearance for the year. Winter wheat is going in the ground in the fields of Kansas in hopes of a coming rain.
Halloween costumes, Cattlemen’s Day and the election are at the top of minds. Getting candy and costumes ready for trick-or-treaters, buying tickets for the Cattlemen’s banquet, getting your float ready and making sure you’ve done your research and are ready to cast your ballot for the future of our city, county, state and country.
Mark your calendars for trunk or treat Main Street on Oct. 31, Nov. 2 is Cattlemen’s Day and Election Day is Nov. 5.
