Trick/Trunk-Or-Treat Event Slated For Tuesday, October 31

In less than a month, ghosts, princesses, goblins, super heroes and more are expected to swarm the community as area youngters gear up for the annual Halloween holiday.

In less than a month, ghosts, princesses, goblins, super heroes and more are expected to swarm the community as area youngters gear up for the annual Halloween holiday.

In keeping with tradition, the Eureka Honors Club is planning the Trick/Trunk-Or-Treat event for Tuesday, October 31. The event is planned for the same day as the local elementary school classroom parties. Earlier this year, the Eureka City Council approved to barricade Main Street from 1st through 3rd Streets, from 3:15-5 p.m.

Area businesses wishing to distribute candy and/or prizes must be approved through the Eureka Honors Club. For more information or to register, contact Robin Wunderlich at 620-750-0714 or [email protected].

The Eureka Honors Club would also like to add activities to the event and expand to include 5th-7th Streets. If you would be interested in volunteering for this effort contact Wunderlich.
