Area sports teams will kick-off their 2024-25 season this week.
Eureka’s volleyball team began on Tuesday of this week with a triangular at Olpe. They will travel to Flinthills this Thursday.
The Lady Tornado golf team will host their first outing of the year this Wednesday, Sept. 4, beginning at 3 p.m.
Eureka Cross Country will travel to Clearwater on Thursday, Sept. 5 for junior high and high school action.
The Eureka Junior High volleyball a n d football teams will host their season opener on Thursday, Sept. 5.Volleyball will begin at 4:30 p.m. and football will begin at 6 p.m.
Eureka High School football will travel to Erie this Friday, Sept. 6. Kick-off is slated for 7 p.m.

Madison volleyball hosted their first event on Sept. 3 and will host next Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 5 p.m.The Bulldog football team will travel to Lebo this Friday before hosting Hartford on Sept. 13. West Elk volleyball was slated to begin their season on Tuesday inYates Center.West Elk football will host Argonia/Attica this Friday, Sept. 6.
