Eureka high school volleyball went 0-2 at Bluestem last Tuesday, September 19, moving into this week of action with a 3-15 overall record.
The Lady Tornadoes fell to Douglass 8-25 and 16-25 and fell to Bluestem 17-25 and 21-25.
Eureka was slated to return to Bluestem on Tuesday of this week for action against Bluestem and Caney before hosting Fredonia and Iola on Thursday, September 28, for parent’s night and youth recognition night. The event will also be the Tornadoes “pink out” event. Action is slated to begin at 5 p.m. The junior varsity Tornadoes will travel to Flinthills on Saturday, September 30 for tournament play. The tournament is slated to begin at 9 a.m.
