A second round of survey request letters will be mailed to residents in the target area in the near future. In regards to the community residents within this zone who will be receiving a survey, participation is essential and will help the city as representatives work to obtain funding. All information within survey responses will remain private and will solely be utilized in seeking financing for neighborhood improvement projects. Surveys are due back to City Hall on Sept. 9. A pre-paid envelope will be supplied, or responses may be delivered to the drop box located on the exterior wall at the front entrance of Memorial Hall.

Surveys are crucial for the grant application. Please call City Administrator Assistant Karen Simon at 620-583-6140 for more information or to express any concerns about this grant.
