Is it fall already? It’s been so long since we've actually had fall-like weather I’m not sure what it is. We seem to go from summer right into winter without any, or very few, Autumn days. These days of highs being in the low 80s and nights in the low 60s to upper 50s have been amazing.
It can stay like this until next spring. One good thing, our utility bills should be less this month.

I was outside with Punky early Monday morning and saw a little tiny dandelion bloom. It was about the size of a dime. I have never noticed any that small before. I suppose there are many, I have just never paid attention before.
With Punky being blind, I have to put her on a leash and walk her around. So, as we zigzag around looking for the perfect spot, I guess I notice more. Haha! Before, I would just open the back door and she would run out back to her yard and run around to her heart’s content, then come back up to the porch and wait to be let back in.
The bridge crew has been busy on the Cedar Creek bridge on Highway 105. Not sure exactly what is going on, but they are staying busy. Now, if only the lights worked as well as the crew. So frustrating.
You pull up to the line and stop and, have not met any traffic getting there, then you sit and wait and wait. Other times, as soon as you get close to the line, the light changes. Other lights in the area aren’t so persnickity!
Oh well, by this time next year the bridge should be done.
