Each week The Herald will ask a random question, both on the opinion page of the weekly paper and on The Eureka Herald Facebook © page. River, in Eureka or made on The Eureka Herald’s Facebook© page.

The “Question of the Week” for last week was: “What is your favorite fair memory?”

Leann Eddings* - “The carnival” Kala Chastain* - “When the carnival was here and we would get to ride on the squirrel cages!!!!”

Jaimee English* - “When they had a carnival ride they had farewell. My grandpa charlie english would ride with me ever year. They had it!!”

Kim Rogers* - “Carnival! I haven’t been in many years! When we had the carnival everyone in Greenwood County went to the Fair.”

Patty Voth* - “When they had a big carnival and my dad would work the fair at night as a security guard” Mica Coulter* - “Our water fights at the old wash rack! Poor Jeff would get so mad at us, but we had so much fun! Our parents even partook in the fun!
