Tanner Coble, 18, appeared before judge Webster on September 19 for first appearance. Charged with three counts - Rape, alleged to have occurred with a child under the age of 14, an off-grid person felony; Aggravated criminal sodomy and count three aggravated criminal sodomy, a level 1 person felony- Coble appeared via Zoom.
Coble was denied court appointed council.
Bond was reduced from $150,000 to $50,000 cash or surety, with GPS being required.
Coble will next appear before the court on September 29 for Status Conference at 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.
