The American Red Cross will be holding a blood drive on Tuesday, June 25 at the Eureka United Methodist Church from 12 to 6 p.m.
Those who donated locally at the Eureka Junior/Senior High School (EJSHS) blood drive in April are eligible to donate at this drive.
Appointments are required and can be made by calling 800-RED CROSS (800-733-2767), visiting redcrossblood. org or by using the app.
The American Red Cross will return to Eureka on Tuesday, Oct. 1 for a blood drive at EJSHS, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Another American Red Cross Blood Drive in Greenwood County is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 4, at Madison High School from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
A blood drive will be held in Howard, at the Cox Building on Thursday, Aug. 15, from 1 to 6 p.m.
Those giving whole blood donations can do so every 56 days, up to six times a year. Those giving a power red donation can do so every 112 days, up to three times a year.
