A weekend to remember!
A huge shout out to the Symphony in the Flint Hills. BRAVO! The day was beautiful, the scenery, what is written about in novels, the cattle, the music, the people, it was a triumph!
Bringing people to our county to spend the day, learn about cattle, oil, burning and the families that do this job is a gift to our lifestyle. Many don’t understand where we live and nothing explains it better than a night under the stars. And to top it all off, the music was the best it’s ever been…the Kansas City symphony, and the vocal splendidness of Katherine McPhee, and let me tell you no one can sing “Somewhere over the rainbow“ like she can - it was incredible!
And finishing the night, as always with our favorite local turn, Home on the Range.
Well done. Thank you! Questions? Email us at [email protected]
