With baseball and softball seasons in full swing, The Wichita Eagle recently compiled a list of individuals and teams in the area to watch. Several Eureka Tornadoes and West Elk Patriots were on the list.
Individuals Softball
In a special article noting the top 150 softball players in the Wichita area, Lady Tornado Trinity Samuels and Lady Patriot Larissa Van Derhagen were on the list for Class 2-1A players to watch. Both are juniors.
