This Sunday At Greenwood County Fairgrounds

The 12th Annual Flint Hills Classic Livestock Show will be held in Eureka at the Greenwood County Fairgrounds on Sunday, April 28. This event is hosted by the Eureka FFA Booster Club. Over 400 hogs, goats, sheep and beef are shown at the Classic by FFA and 4-H members from all over Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Missouri. There will be three show arenas for the Classic.

The 12th Annual Flint Hills Classic Livestock Show will be held in Eureka at the Greenwood County Fairgrounds on Sunday, April 28. This event is hosted by the Eureka FFA Booster Club. Over 400 hogs, goats, sheep and beef are shown at the Classic by FFA and 4-H members from all over Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Missouri. There will be three show arenas for the Classic.

The hog show is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m., sheep show at 10 a.m., beef show at 11 a.m. and the goat show will not begin before noon. A special Greenwood County class will be held for Greenwood County 4-Her's and FFA members and will offer a cash prize to the first and second place winners.

A concession stand will be available at the fairgrounds throughout the day with proceeds benefiting the Greenwood County 4-H Foundation. There is no charge to watch the Flint Hills Classic and the public is encouraged to attend.
