At the age of 17, Nolan Denton developed ARES, a natural caffeine gummy. Denton, who is currently in the spring semester of his senior year at West Elk High School, developed the caffeine gummies to boost energy and focus. “Whether you are a student, a professional, a tired parent, a gamer, an entrepreneur, or an athlete, ARES can help you face the challenges and opportunities that life presents you with,” read a release composed by the company. Denton, who started the business as a sophomore, began the business to “support my family and make my parents proud.” Although he didn’t always want to be an entrepreneur, Denton realized a couple of years ago that he wanted to be his own boss, thus allowing him to know his “efforts were going to a good cause.”
Each gummy contains 25 mg of natural caffeine, equivalent to approximately a third of a cup of coffee. The brand which considers the underlying bitter flavor in each gummy as “a sign of quality, complexity and character,” coined the product, “the caffeine gummy that embraces the bitterness of life.”
Cherry-flavored caffeine gummies are currently available for purchase on the ARES website: www. aresgummies.com. Coming soon are “bluerazz” flavored gummies, with a third flavor currently in development. ARES Gummies is working towards offering the product on Amazon.
