Monthly Events Continue At Eureka Public Library

Throughout the year, Eureka Public Library hosts various events to encourage patrons to visit the local library. Not only can you rent books, audiobooks and movies, but you can join staff for craft activities, story hours and even game nights.

Throughout the year, Eureka Public Library hosts various events to encourage patrons to visit the local library. Not only can you rent books, audiobooks and movies, but you can join staff for craft activities, story hours and even game nights.

This month, the Eureka Public Library will host the following: GWCHTo Host “Yeah,We OfferThat!”

Join Greenwood County Hospital (GWCH) staff on Tuesday, April 9, at 5 p.m. and learn about of the services they offer at the local hospital. These services could benefit you and/or a loved one. On Tuesday, April 16, come for a fun night of Bingo! We will have prizes, snacks and fun! Join us for an evening of friendly competition and friendship! This event is limited to persons 18 and above only! No registration is necessary.

April Crafternoon

Join staff for the April Crafternoon event on Thursday, April 18, from 12-6 p.m. for a come-andgo activity. Those attending will have the chance to make their own butterfly suncatcher.

Plant-a-Palooza Story Hour

Come learn and enjoy activities all about plants at Plant-a-Palooza on Thursday, April 25, at 4:30 p.m. Come read stories and have fun with plants!

April Game Night

The monthly game night event will be held on Friday, April 26, from 6-9 p.m. The library has several dozen board games to choose from and attendees can also bring favorite board games from home. Snacks will be provided – just bring your game skills and be ready to compete and have fun with fellow game players. No pre-registration is required, just show up for the fun.
