The Kansas Department of Transportation announced approved bids for state highway construction and maintenance projects. The letting took place Feb. 21, in Topeka.
The following bridge located in Greenwood County was included in this: 54-37 KA-5760-01 U.S. 54, bridge number 002 over Burnt Creek, located 3.52 miles east of the Butler County line. This is for bridge replacement to be conducted by B & B Bridge Company LLC of St. Paul, for $2,369,167.50.
