The American Red Cross will be holding a blood drive on Monday, March 25 in the Eureka United Methodist Church from 1 to 6 p.m. This is an Express Drive so appointments are required. Call 800-RED CROSS (800-733-2767) or contact redcrossblood.org to secure an appointment. The need continues to be great.
Another American Red Cross Blood Drive is scheduled for June 7 and those donating on March 25 will be eligible to give again. In between these two dates, a drive is scheduled at the Eureka Junior/Senior High School on April 30.
Those giving whole blood donations can do so every 56 days, up to six times a year. Those giving a power red donation can do so every 112 days, up to three times a year.
