Nguyen and Jennifer Tran of Prairie Village announce the birth of their first child, a son, Owen An Tran, born on Jan. 23, 2024, at 10:35 a.m. at Menorah Medical Center, in Overland Park.
Owen weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 19 3/4 inches in length, at birth.
Maternal grandparents are Brent Torrey of Eureka and Angela Torrey Overland Park. Maternal great-grandparents are Robert Crapser of Eureka and John and Carolyn Torrey of Manhattan.
Paternal grandparents are Kiem Tran and Phuong Nguyen of Da Nang, Vietnam. Paternal great-grandparents are Huong Nguyen and Huong Le of Da Nang, Vietnam.
