Four Lady Tornado golfers traveled to Andover last Tuesday, August 5, for an 18-hole round at Sierra Hills, a par 3 course. As a team, the Lady Tornadoes turned in a four-person score of 356 with one Tornado finishing among the top 10.
Eureka senior Annaliese Casper finished 12 over, turning in a score of 70, to tie for sixth place. However, she placed seventh after a scorecard playoff. Also representing Eureka were Kierra Crisswell, 82; Kate Tourelle, 85; and Makyla Gore, 119.
The Lady Tornadoes were slated to travel to Caney on Monday of this week before traveling to Cheney on Monday, September 18, at 1 p.m.
