Two Eureka seniors, Wylee Boulanger and Colby Altis, claimed honors at the Missouri Welding Institute (MWI) competition last week.
The boys competed at the MWI contest in Nevada, Mo., on Thursday, Jan. 25.
Boulanger claimed second place at the contest, earning a trophy and a scholarship to MWI in the amount of $11,450.
Altis placed sixth at the contest, earning a trophy and a $1,000 scholarship to MWI and a Dewalt grinder.
Boulanger is the son of Brad and Annissa Boulanger.
Altis is the son of Cody Altis and Tonya Noel.
